RETURNS:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Lots of time and care goes into preparing each limited-edition print so receiving returned items promptly, and in perfect condition, is really important to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded - this includes any prints that have been personalised. We pay close attention the the quality of our prints before we send them. So if the items are returned in worse condition, we will flag it up with you to find out what happened.

Please also include a copy of the returns form as received.

REFUND TIME PERIOD:
No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after invoice date. We regret we are unable to give refunds for postage on incorrect purchases. If the return is delivered after 14 working days we will issue a credit amount at our discretion.

RECORDED RETURNS:
Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of items as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit. We therefore recommend that you return items using an insured, trackable method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us on arrival.

On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service. If the returned item appears to be damaged we will get in touch with photo of the damage so that you can contact your shipping / courier provided.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@davidloftus.com

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@davidloftus.com and send your item to: 12 Kersley Mews, London SW11 4PS, UK

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 12 Kersley Mews, London SW11 4PS, UK

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Given the value of the limited edition prints, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The noted dimensions are for the size of paper containing the images not the printed image itself. We don’t alter the aspect ratio or crop. All of our prints have a minimum border of 2 or more inches to allow for framing.
